ION is a brand run by passionate people, whose big love have always been watersports. Launched back in 2004, ION focused on wetsuits & neoprene products for the international windsurf, kitesurf, surf, SUP and wakeboard scene. The product range also includes accessories, harnesses, travelgear and an apparel collection.

ION's unique combination of high quality products wrapped in a progressive style and design found fans all over the world – becoming the global market leader for wetsuits and harnesses in the wind- and kitesurf world. In late 2012, ION took the same approach to the slopes, launching a separate bike division with functional cycling gear, clothing, accessories, gloves and protection.

ION Products

ION launched back in 2004 with the goal of providing high-quality products to the world of water sports. The brand was founded by a group of passionate people whose love was focused around aquatic board sports. ION’s first product offering primarily consisted of wetsuits and neoprene products designed for surfing, wakeboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and stand-up paddle boarding. The range also included harnesses, accessories, travel gear, and branded apparel. Fast forward to 2012 and now ION has expanded into the world of mountain biking. They introduced a range of MTB products with high-quality designs and progressive stylings. The same passion that leads the company to become the global market leader for wetsuits and harnesses in the kitesurfing industry, is now driving the company to produce an incredible offering of mountain bike apparel, protection, footwear, eyewear and accessories for both men and women.

Today ION is run by passionate sports-minded people from all kinds of different sports. They simply love to shred, regardless if it’s on a bike or a board. ION’s gloves, protection, backpacks, and ION shoe size-guides are based on product measurements. All of ION’s apparel items fall into one of four fit categories.

Tight Fit - Classic athletic aesthetics for minimum wind resistance & maximum speed.
Slim Fit - Slim fit, not tight, but cut close to the shape of your body.
Regular Fit - Classic boardshorts cut for best possible performance.
Loose Fit - Maximum freedom of movement achieved by an almost baggy style cut.
